Cut strips of gift tissue,then crinkle them into balls.Now you get to undo the balls and glue them to a glass vase.( let dry)Use any color distress ink and ink up the tissue.Use any image you want to cut out on black paper.Glue image to vase.Cover vase with 2 or 3 coats of mod podge (let dry).Now all you need is a candle.
